Xbox live Ambassador trolling :333

So, some of you know that i have a friend who is a XBL Ambassador.
So today some guy went in and was like: "My controller isnt working".

So after a while we told him to tell us the distance between the Kitchen and the xbox. 33feet, thats what he said. ( he also told us the distance beetween his xbox and ps3 / ds3 )
We were like: "He is a troll, he cant really do that O_O"
So we told him to get ketchup and mustard into the battery case.
He was like "I did it but it didnt work", we didnt believe him and asked for a picture.

So it didnt work for him to put the mixery on the battery contact..
so we told him to get it on the wire thingy too :DDD
