Prochain Event / Next Event

Hi everybody,

I ask you today to know your opinion about the next event !

We have some choices like :

- A tournamenent, size to choose between 1v1 or 3v3
- A Nation Cup
- A 8v8 with only Ark-Arena members

If you have any other ideas, post them here

I have a idea..
how would it be if Team1plays a map against Team2 and tries to win as fast as possible.
After that the revolution team changes to security and the security team changes to revolution and tries the same thing.

the team that was faster wins.
I think that would be good to training to finish the goals instead of trying to kill everyone

Only self buffing and buffing your teammates is allowed. (and to revive your teammates as medic)
i think it would make the game a bit harder

we all join a public server where other players play too.
After joining we just fuck around, kill ourselves, jump and spin arouned to annoy the guys and clean the server xD
i did this in Cod:Mw3 with my brother and vakuumenergie and we saved a video of it, so if you have mw3, add me and watch the video, its really funny xd

Your first idea came to me earlier this afternoon, but Soldier & Operative will be useless
But we'll can try to do that for the fun this weekend if you want !

We can make some sorta no-projectile game with a red card/penalty that makes you lose the player for about 1mn and a half. He goes to jail stays in spawn. And on the contrary make bonuses like a double feed gets you ...

@Ematic: Soldier wouldnt be useless. (And operative is useless anyway xD)

Buffing your Teammates is allowed, so you can give them Ammo.

But..
You have to to play with honest players..
Because if there is anyone who sets up mines or shit that would be totally unfair <.<
particularly when they think "if i give my teammates a kevlar (or shit) the enemy wouldnt get it anyway "

Operative can be good in defense if you know how to play
And yes, the Soldier is useless without his Grenade. The force of the soldier is to spam them in nadeshot

Yeah and the goal of the engi is to build up shit tons of mines and sentrys.
I know, it would be totally gamechangin, it would make it a simple shooter

its so shitty that you cant programm on the xbox.
On Computer there wouldnt be any problem to create a gamemode like this.. (i could probably even do that xd)
but on xbox you cant modify a server with code :<

It's what I say every time !
PC > Console when you want do other thing that playing
But Brink on PC isn't much better, a little bit more faster, that's all.

Only-heavy or All heavy games is a very good suggestion I think and it's easily applicable.

Yes it can be very cool to play, but not for a AA Event

I like your idea Ematic but only for the new members. I'll be a good way to make them progress and make them SEE that they progress. But for veterans I don't think it's a very good idea.

It's an opportunity to play together and not against...
We never had played in publics, it can be an occasion to see how we play against randoms guys

Anybody who want play is welcome, not necessary "old" players.
Ark-Arena is a community, not a forum for pro players, so if new guys like Patkid12 or other want, they can !
The problem is the max size for a team is 8, and we could be more than the limit size... It's why I think a 8v8 with AA members is a great choice. Play with 8 AA members in public is not difficult, we just have to invite us when we're online.

yeah playing public has another big advantage: we just could send everybody we meet a friend request and spamm them with ”visit ark-arena.org or dddiiiiiiieeeeeeee!!! >”-messages

I send mesage to every recent player, but i think i'm alone.
Your idea is really smart, we play, we pown them, and every of us send "Visit Ark-Arena.org, events, Guide, blablablah...".
